Peter has over 30 years of consulting, research and HR experience in Canadian and U.S. organizations. He has worked across a wide range of industries including the corporate and government sectors. He has considerable experience working with senior management teams in multiple roles (as a presenter, group facilitator, project leader, and coach).

Peter has significant experience in the design, administration, and reporting of multiple HR programs including: individual and team assessments, manager skills training, competency modelling, employee engagement surveys, and data analytics. Peter is currently an active coach working with executives in both the corporate and public sectors.

Peter’s client solutions reflect the integration of his consulting experience with evidence-based approaches to ensure implementation success and optimal effectiveness. This integration of research and practice is a unique skill set that he brings to all client projects.

Peter has a Ph.D. in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from McMaster University and an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph. He is a member of the Canadian Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychologists (U.S.), and the European Association for Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP). He is a past Chair of the Canadian Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (CSIOP).
